Tila Nguyen aka. "Tila Tequila" called the police on Sunday morning, September 6th, 2009 reporting that San Diego Charger's player, Shawne Merriman, beat her. Ms. TEQUILA states she was "choked and restrained" by the football star. However, just recently, District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis released an official statement claiming there's not enough evidence to charge Merriman with the crime.
